This new mixed-use development project is part of the exciting urban renewal happening in the East Franklinton Arts district. The two buildings sited between Rich Street and the Scioto River are connected by a pedestrian mews and include 234 units, 290,000 total square feet, retail/restaurant space, and a parking garage. The dynamic second floor amenity deck includes a heated pool, tree-lined paths, and many unique gathering spaces.
