


Kroger Bakery Site
Columbus, Ohio
A 9.5 acre, urban infill project consisting of the adaptive reuse of the former Ford Motor Company’s Model T factory building and the former Kroger Bakery Building, built in 1927. The Ford Motor Co. building will be placed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a candidate for state and federal historic tax credits.
The project will also include three multi-story, new construction apartment buildings, retail and restaurant space on Cleveland Avenue’s street front, and an assortment of outdoor amenities such as an Amenity Porch with a Pool, a Roaming Forest, Dog Park, and many passive and active gathering spaces.
