The Baldwin Apartments
Cincinnati, Ohio
The complete renovation of the iconic Baldwin Piano factory. An eight-story, Italian Renaissance style building constructed in 1921 in one of Cincinnati’s most historic neighborhoods. The adaptive reuse project converted the building into 190 luxury, loft-style urban apartments and amenities. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the redevelopment project included $10 million dollars in state and federal historic tax credits. This redevelopment project has been acknowledged for several local and national renovation and construction awards.
