The Marketplace at Oakley Center

Cincinnati, Ohio

An urban infill renovation and new construction project included four buildings and new surface parking to provide mixed-used suites for office, retail, and restaurant. The design and construction had to comply with strict urban district design standards and review and approval by the city architect and Oakley’s Community Council.
