The tenant finish for the relocation of TriHealth’s corporate headquarters into the Baldwin 200 office building in Walnut Hills. The renovation consisted of 125,000 square feet spread over 8 floors. The new headquarters is home to over 400 employees and includes one-of-kind views of downtown, 12th floor meeting spaces with outdoor patios, a lobby Cafe, Starbucks coffee station, and a fitness center.
